COURT RESERVATION/LESSON GRANT

Eligibility Requirements

We want you to play more tennis and we want to help you do it. This grant can be used towards reimbursement for court-time reservations or lessons.

A person applying for this grant must meet the following requirements to be eligible to receive funds from Wheel Serve NC. The requirements include:

• The player must have participated a minimum of 2 months in one of our 5 Wheel Serve NC programs.

• The player must attend on a consistent basis.

• The player must be a positive and supportive member of their program.

• The player must submit a receipt for item(s) purchased (i.e. court reservation fees, private lesson fees) for reimbursement.

Review Process

Application will be reviewed by Helen Leonard and Kelly Flouhouse, Co-Executive Directors, as well as the program coordinator of the program you attend.

Grant Amount: $100 Annually (reimbursement)

Grant Cycle: January 1 - December 31, 2024
