WORKMAN PLAYER GRANT
Eligibility Requirements
A person applying for this grant must meet the following requirements to be eligible to receive funds from Wheel Serve NC. The requirements include:

The player must have participated a minimum of 2 months in one of our 5 Wheel Serve NC programs.

The player must attend on a consistent basis.

The player must be a positive and supportive member of their program.

The player must submit a receipt for item(s) purchased (i.e. equipment, mileage to tournament, hotel accommodation, etc.) for reimbursement.

Review Process
Application will be reviewed by Helen Leonard and Kelly Flouhouse, Co-Executive Directors, as well as the program coordinator of the program you attend.

Grant Amount: $400 (reimbursement only)
Current Grant Cycle: January 1 - June 30, 2025.
